Conservatives hate “the other.” They are so filled with bigotry, racism, homophobia, and fear of the non religious that their Dominionist overlords are planning to take over America, and eventually the world, and force people to either conform or die. If you think that the days of crusades and religious pogroms and inquisitions went out with the Middle Ages, think again. Christian Nationalist literature and speeches are well documented to contain references to genocide against those they deem as undesirable, and they use their faith and the Bible to justify it.
